Stay far away!

The facility is filthy and the food is disgusting, it is nasty AND unhealthy. Medications are frequently dispensed incorrectly, often not at all and the waits for medications as well as for medical equipment & for consultations are interminable (weeks, even months), further endangering patient health. Residents are made to vacate their rooms at a moments notice to effect repairs or those, too, are left undone for extended periods of time.
There are not enough CNA's or nurses to meet all the patient's needs so some level of neglect is built in. Verbal abuse including lying to the residents is common and starts at the very top.
The one star is for the Physical Therapy department. This facility is worth looking into if you require OUTPATIENT therapy ONLY! It is not a safe or healthy place to live and should be avoided at all costs.
